Areas of Kim’s expertise
After graduating from Canterbury University in 2010, Kim commenced her legal career in Christchurch gaining two years’ experience before joining Hardy-Jones Clark in 2013 as a Staff Solicitor. Kim became an Associate of the firm in 2015.
Kim is a member of Mike Hardy-Jones’s team and is responsible for a wide range of Civil Litigation matters as well as her speciality area of Resource Management law. Kim is heavily involved in Resource Management Act matters, including Resource Consent applications and plan changes and has appeared before the Marlborough District Council, the Environment Court and the High Court.
